When creating a new modal or drawer page declaratively, include an option to include a buttons container with cancel button.

Use Case
In scenarios where a developer wants to add a modal or drawer page to an application declaratively, they often require some kind of processing to be done by the page, or at the very least a Cancel button. By adding an option to auto-create a buttons container with cancel button, could be a simple addition to APEX that could speed up development effort for end users.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
In the create blank page wizard shown below, include a switch based option to add a default buttons container, that when selected includes the buttons container and a cancel button.
