In APEX 26.1, maximizing a Standard region containing an Interactive Grid expands the region body, but the Interactive Grid retains its original fixed height. This leaves substantial unused space and does not allow users to see additional rows.

APEX should stretch the Interactive Grid to the available maximized region height and automatically invoke its resize handling. When the region is restored, the grid should return to its original height.

This appears related to FR-4080, but remains reproducible in APEX 26.1 and currently requires custom CSS and JavaScript.
