Idea Summary
Currently, you cannot easily trigger dialog close events on buttons created in the new APEX 26.1 button menu. This makes these buttons much less useful than they could be.

Use Case
Most times when you open a modal from a button, you need to trigger something in the parent page when the modal closes.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
When creating a dialog closed Dynamic Action, also show buttons created within a button menu.
