Add clear selection controls to the Popup LOV component.

Use Case
Currently, to allow clearing of the selected value you have enable the Display Null Value setting and enter Null Display Value text, eg:

It's far from obvious that clicking ‘None Selected’ will clear the selection. This also confuses field state with component function.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
The Popup LOV provides intuitive controls directly in the text box and in the popup to clear the selected value, eg:

This should available irrespective of the Display Null Value setting, or perhaps as a new "Allow Clear Selection" setting.

I know you've added this feature to the Select One/Many components but those do not provide the lovely mutli-column layout UI that our users enjoy.
