Idea Summary
In interactiev reports end users can make custom reports with aggergations using GROUP BY. However, the number of GROUP BY columns/expressions is limited. In Oracle 26ai the new GROUP BY ALL is introduced, which would lift this limit.

Use Case
Users like to have reports that can aggregate over more than the restricted number of columns in the GROUP BY. With Oracle 26ai this should be possible if interactive reports supports it
