Idea Summary
Data reporter is a great feature that puts reports back into the hands of the people who need them. I as a developer might not realize that some column is important for comparing. Adding that column to the report afterwards might require a full dev cycle. 

Lots of our APEX apps are just report viewers on top of some data model. I'm proposing a “subscription” for the sql on a region be tied to something a user does in Data Reporter. This allows the customer or other department's analyst access to alter and change a report, while still making it visible to anyone in the primary APEX app.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Perhaps those reports that are eligible are in a dropdown like we see other shared components (think LOV). The region would inherit all the settings from the Data Reporter report.
