Idea Summary
Add a shortcut to the Generative AI Tool type plugin when defining AI Agents. Making reusable Tools is important and currently it's hidden in Shared Components / Plugins. 

It will be good to have a shortcut for creating this plugin type when working on your AI Agent.

Currently there is nothing to suggest such feature is available (via Plugins).  

Use Case
Users often need the same Tool for multiple AI Agents, so it will be great if that option is directly available as part of the AI Agents interface.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Just add a button+information that directly opens the Wizard for creating new Plugin type - Generative AI Tool. It can be part of the Generative AI Agent page**.**
