Before this is marked as a duplicate or considered already implemented, I’d like to clarify that this feature has not been released yet.

APEX 26.1 introduced Workspace SMTP Credentials, which is a useful addition. However, this is not the same as Workspace-level email settings. Email configuration includes more than just a username and password.

For example, there are valid use cases for configuring the following settings at workspace level:

• SMTP host address
• SMTP host port
• SSL/TLS settings
• Default From Address
• Instance URLs

Having these settings configurable per workspace would make email handling much more flexible, especially in environments where multiple workspaces require different mail configurations.

Please consider adding full Workspace-level email settings in a future APEX release.
