Suppress APEX Advisor Test when a component's Build Option is set to "Exclude"

Idea Summary
Make the Advisor aware of “excluded” components.

Use Case
We are using both the APEX Advisor and Build Options a lot.
For certain Advisor tests, we have a strict “No Errors” policy before deploying an application to Production environments. The Advisor always perfoms its complete set of selected tests.

When a Build Option is set to “Exclude” in the Shared Components (for instance “Under Development”) and assigned to an APEX component (a PL/SQL process, an item with some Server Side Condition …), the corresponding Advisor tests are performed nevertheless. Showing potential errors, but these errors are currently irrelevant.

Preferred Solution
A checkbox in the Advisor to ignore components with an “Exclude” Build Option assigned. With this option set, the test suite should yield the same results as if the excluded components did not even exist at all.
