Idea Summary
Currently, READABLE_YAML is only available in the Full Developer environment and not in Runtime environment.

Use Case
I would like it do YAML comparison of exports between Dev, Test and Prod to better track changes in each environment prior to migrating.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add the full export parameters to all environments.
