Enhance the AI Service Configuration to use Oauth or individual PL/SQL Code for Authentification as there are indivdual Auth Components involved in Enterprise settings.

Use Case
Our AI Endpoitn (Open AI on Azure) expects an addiational Oauth2 Token before authticating with the fixed auth Token. Currently not possible to use the integrated

Allow Oauth2 and custom PL/SQL Code for preauthentification for AI API's.
