Idea Summary
In my daily routine, I'm heavily relying on the public application Universal Theme listing APEX icons to search for icons that can reflect the application/plug-in feature. 

The idea is to enhance the existing Universal Theme \ Icons page user experience by:

• Making search input available when scrolling the page
• Making the switch button (Small/Large) available when scrolling the page
• Possibility to jump between icon groups when scrolling the page

Right now, it's very unintuitive to navigate through icon groups when the page is scrolled.

The button after the search field could be a dropdown listing all sections. I checked RDS region, but there are too many icon groups to fit in the breadcrumb region. Icons could be embedded in a collapsible template, so it's easier to to navigate through groups without drop down button.
