Add tooltip to each element Interactive Grid

Idea Summary
Add field to elements in the interactive grids to add a tooltip that displays for each column.

Use Case
In all cases to rich column info display.

This is a great idea! You can already achieve this in APEX today with a slightly different approach.

The grid widget that makes up Interactive Grid supports tooltips using the API.
