Archived Tasks - the actual owners and their approval dates are not being stored.

Idea Summary
In the Archived Tasks, the actual owners and their approval dates are not being stored in the archived tables.

Use Case
Archived tables are used for reports for audit to review the approvers who approved the tasks.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
We would like the approver and the approval date to be stored in the archive tables.

This idea submission relates to an APEX bug and will be tracked in our bug system.

Hi,

You can actually find the actual owners and approval dates in these two views:
- APEX_PURGEABLE_TASKS – Stores the purgeable task instances for applications this one contains the actual owner
- APEX_PURGEABLE_TASK_HISTORY – Contains operations performed during the lifecycle of a task, including the EVENT_TIMESTAMP column which holds the approval date
The reason you may not have seen this data is because the default retention period is set to 7 days, meaning tasks are purged after 7 days of completion. However, this can be adjusted up to a maximum of 30 days in the Instance Settings.
