Utilise APEX as an ETL enabler for Data extraction from Oracle EBS to any Destination Server

Idea Summary
Create a APEX UI  Report to extract latest OPEN Transactions from EBS or Provision  the user to build report to extract the Data . Once the Data is validated  them via API  call initiate migration to  3rd party application / Cloud.

Ease of accessing and importing the Valid data to any source servers
