Include Create Job in System Privileges checkable during Installation

Idea Summary
Installation allows declarative checking of system privs like Create Table, Create View, etc.  Could you add Create Job to the list

Use Case
We have an app with dbms scheduler jobs that run outside of Automations.  Would be nice to check these privileges using the declarative APEX functionality.  Thanks.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.
