I would like this About Oracle APEX feature adding to INTERNAL workspace

Use Case
When I install APEX, ORDS & configure reverse proxies, SSL, etc…. I want to check if APEX is picking up the right information. I do this by using the About Oracle APEX feature. I don't wan't to create a random workspace just to access this feature. I would like this adding this feature to the INTERNAL workspace
