Add links to the Universal Theme Reference App where possible

Idea Summary
There are cases when the Help tab in the Builder needs to show some visual elements. Since it is limited to text only at the moment, a workaround would be to add links to the right section of the Universal Theme Sample App where possible (or the Oracle APEX Documentation).

Use Case
Button positions within a region are a classic example of such visual help. A simple link, added to the Help tab would be a good addition: https://oracleapex.com/ords/r/apex_pm/ut/standard-region

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Adding links in the Help tab to Universal Theme Sample App where possible (or the Oracle APEX Documentation).

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

Hi Plamen - we actually do have links out to static sample apps such as the UT app, consider this as the help on the region/appearance/template property:

Hi @pmushkov, what are some other properties in the APEX Property Editor (or elsewhere in the Builder) that you think would be helpful to have links to the Universal Theme Reference App? We have “Learn More” links across the Builder that direct users to the APEX Documentation, and the Template property help text in Page Designer does already have a link to the UT Reference App, which I think is the most relevant place for something like this. Could you provide specifics on where else you see the UT Reference App links being helpful?

@jayson hanes , exactly the type of links for additional help I'd like to see in other places.

@paige.hanssen , here are two places that would benefit greatly from having a direct link to the UT Sample App:
