A create chat app that can be used to create chats like whatsapp dclaratively

Idea Summary
A chat app functionality used to create chats that can be attached to an app. It could be set like how we create forms or tables through the designer, whereby a wizard guides you into creating a standard chat application that can run standalone or attached to an existing app.

Use Case
An HR application should have a chat facility where users can interact with each other in an organization. I always get this question asked by clients on whether a chat can be included in their app.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    APEX and ORDS would need to communicate bidirectionally, likely with web sockets. While it's not infeasible, there are a lot of moving pieces which makes this unlikely in the short term.
