Idea Summary
APEX is generally a very good responsive framework and while I appreciate that only certain components lead themselves to mobile devices, there are a lack of page items that are responsive.   It would be good to see a handful of page items that would provide a good UX on desktop or mobile.

Use Case
Certain items such as Select One and Select Many provide an excellent UX on a desktop, but are not particularly friendly on mobile devices.  They have the ability to filter which is key that say a native Select List does not.  

Preferred Solution (Optional)
The ideal UX would be to render say Select One and Select Many as they are on a desktop but with the option to render say a ListView with filtering and mobile friend radio buttons or checkboxes on a mobile device.
