Interactive Report - PIVOT - Add a TOTAL column going across

Use Case
When using the PIVOT feature on the interactive report, we don't get a “total” option to add all the results across the columns based on the row grouping. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Similar to how it's available to SUM a total row downwards by column, can we have a similar option to sum across?
