Allow more than 2 Quick actions in the AI Chat bot

Idea Summary
The AI Chatbot region in 24.1 allows you to create 2 quick actions, which define a standard question that the user might ask of the AI engine.   Only 2 is quite limiting -  it would be nice to have more - ≥4?  

Use Case
Putting fairly complex information (BPMN workflow diagrams!) into the assistant - and would like to start off the user's session with 4 ideas for them to get started with.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    You can already  (24.1) set up more than 2  with the a bit of javascript in the Initialization Javascript Function.   Also define a separate title and prompt for each quick action.
