Add Logo/image in QRCODE

Idea Summary
Add image in QRCODE. Normally we need QRCODE with company logo or image

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Just add one more Blob or Base64 Parameter in APEX_BARCODE.GET_QRCODE_PNG

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Also add one more Parameter to give shape to the image like Circle or Square
