Idea Summary
Allow a submitted approvals component task to be reassigned to a different initiator, so they can perform tasks like submit clarification, cancel, etc.

Use Case
Right now, a task gets stuck if clarification is requested when the initiator is out of the office or leaves the organization.   Reassigning would allow someone else on the initiator's team to keep it moving forward.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Ideally, this would work similarly to ‘delegate’, and would allow the current initiator or a business admin to choose the new initiator.
