Idea Summary
When selecting a highlight rule for my reports, I would like to be able to choose a level of transparency for the background color, and make the text color change optionnal.

Use Case
This would allow me to have a nice look and feel when I use several themes (light and dark).

For example, the following screenshots were taken after manually altering the CSS of the rule to background-color: rgba(0,107,216,0.1);
