Initialize "Markdown Editor" Page Item Editor in "Preview Mode"

Idea Summary
Create an option for "Markdown Editor" Page Item to display in "Preview Mode" on Page Open.

Use Case
In some scenarios the user would like to see markdown page items in "Preview Mode" by default and activate "Edit Mode" on when necessary. This would make Form Page more readable.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Create switch in Item Settings.

This is a great idea! You can already achieve this in APEX today with a slightly different approach.

    Given the recent improvements and library updates around the rich text editor, this should be possible today using the RTE in markdown mode.
