Display label on switch application item

Idea Summary
Sometimes people confuse ON with OFF mode with strange colors. It would be great if there was an option to display a label on the switch since we already added Yes and No labels. Also, the display of read-only can be more user-friendly.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    It would be great if read only switch would by displayed as a switch, not like as TextField
