For all process types including Process Plug-ins: Add attributes "Form Region", "Prevent Lost Updates", and "Lock Row"

Idea Summary
Currently only the process type “Form - Automatic Row Processing (DML)” has the attributes

Form Region 
Prevent Lost Updates
Lock Row

All process types could benefit from this same functionality. This is also true for process plug-ins. In the case of process plug-ins, these values could be controlled by the “Standard Attributes” of the process plug-in as depicted below:

Use Case
All process types can benefit from this, but particularly plug-ins. Process plug-ins may manipulate child rows or other aspects of the data.  

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Allow the attributes to display for all process types and apply the same logic that is applied to “Form Region” processes.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Hi @anton nielsen ,

    Great idea! The APEX team discussed this idea earlier and we think “Prevent Lost Updates” makes perfect sense to include as a process plugin attribute. Form Region and Lock Row are more deeply integrated to APEX source based regions and will not be possible to expose to any type of process plugins.

    So part of this idea will be addressed.
