Report row count shown in region title

Idea Summary
To give user fast overview what region contain info it would be nice to show row count after title example

Use Case
When using collapsible template it would be good to show user does this region contain info or not. Then user will see that region is empty he/she does not need to open it. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Also, when the region is refreshed both the title number is updated but also if the region is inside of a Tab group (or Region Display Selector)  that they also are updated as part of a region refresh.
