Page designer, keep component navigation tree status (collapsed or expanded), selected component and focus after refresh page F5

Idea Summary
It would be really helfpul if page designer could keep current page editor status after pressing the F5 key, this way you would not need to expand the tree or component or focus option that you were previously the page refresh.

Use Case
Improve developer experience with page editor when refreshing the page, what is quite common when you are working with concurrent tabs in same navigator. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Not just on pressing F5/Cmd+R. Keep the designer tree state for each page for the duration of the session on navigation between pages in designer, and other builder pages such as template and LOV definitions.
