APEX Region Splitter (like the Page Designer)

Idea Summary
Add new Region Type : Splitter

To allow user to separate apex regions with a splitter, like the one used in the Page Designer.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Splitters work best in desktop apps when the content exactly fits the browser window. Most of universal theme is optimized around the normal web page behavior of a vertically scrolling page. So implicit in this request is the concept of a page template that fits the window and all the regions withing it (some may have splitters) are sized to fit and may have their own scroll bars.

    indeed, having this solves a lots of problems in guis with very stretched regions. 
    And then perhaps we can avoid otn forum discussions like this :)
