Page designer run page on global page 0 should open main app page

Idea Summary
Page designer doesn't let you to open the page 0, as it is a global page. It would be nice to just open the main app page, LOGIN_DESKTOP or similar.

Use Case
Improve developer user experience, as the global page is global, it would be nice to just launch the main app page when running the global page 0. This way is easier to see your changes immediately when working with multiple screens.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Open main app page, desktop.

This is planned for a future APEX release.

    Opening main/home page makes sense but maybe refreshing/opening the current page also makes sense. 

    In a similar way it would be nice if run a dialog pages could refresh their parent page. But you can have multiple pages open (link to) a dialog page so you don't know which one. Again refreshing the current or most recent normal page may be close enough in many cases.

    It would be even better what you say, refreshing most recent page (or open main page if you haven't opened any yet).
