Idea Summary
As far as I know this options is useless on dynamic actions of type “On Page load”, as they are already executed on page load, and this options doesn't have sense to be shown on the UI.

Use Case
Avoid confusing options that don't provide any difference on app execution.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Remove that option for “On Page load ” dynamic actions, as the apps respond the same whether it is activated or not.
