Better Translation of applications handling

Idea Summary
Extra app to control all translated applications and a Dashboard to easily translate, seed, load and publish applications.

Use Case
In current Apex releases it is a little bit complicated to translate, control and publish applications.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Redesigned, new Translation dashboard and workflow.

This has been delivered in Oracle APEX 24.2!

I agree the translation system of Apex is complete but really complicated.

Probably the better solution is to manage the translation processes enterely inside Apex using some forms to add translation of the interface and manage the translation library.

Its important provide some library functions to manage dynamic translation of application messages and so on…

Agree. There could be an easy IG or something where you can add your own filters. Like

page = 100
and type = prompt
and original_text = translated_text -- to indicate that it's probably not translated yet

the translation handling is a bit cumbersome.
1. it only works per application
2. Seeding and publishing must be carried out with every deployment
3. The overview of the translations across all applications is a bit cumbersome because all objects are shown here and not just those in the display
Solutions could be a separate application to manage the translations of all applications, a simple upload of already translated texts via txt, csv and a simple seeding and publishing, maybe even automated
