Explicit Button Type for IG column

Add explicit "Button" type for interactive grid columns to ensure consistent development of rendering of buttons for IG which allow and encourage accessibility options as attributes.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.

    Instead of either trying to model Interactive Grid > column type as Link to look like a button or crafting the HTML expression to render a button, it would be helpful to have a declarative type of “Button” within IG which would behave similar to a page button and allow consistency and ease of development.
