Add Back Database Object Dependencies which was removed in 20.2

The Database Object Dependencies report was remove with APEX 20.2. This was vital for impact analysis. We have many large applications which need impact analysis. Making changes to objects without knowing where those objects are used is reckless.

Please put this back.

This has been delivered in Oracle APEX 24.2!

    The Database Object Dependencies report in previous releases was not up-to-date anymore and missed many attributes where pl/sql code or table references could be stored, that's why it has been removed. But we do plan to re-introduce it again in a future release.
