Lists - Link Target Improvment

Idea Summary

Choosing a target for a List Entry in another application currently requires to type in a manual URL like this:

f?p=1000:100:&SESSION.::&DEBUG.::::

Please add the option to target another application declarativly.

Use Case

When creating a shared Navigation Menu using List Subscriptions you may want to target different applications.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add the option to target another application when choosing the target for a List Entry.

Similar to the existing Link Builder for Branches or Redirect to Page Buttons

    My workaround is to create it as if it is in the current app and then to edit the URL in the interactive grid, putting in the application ID (or alias). But, I would definitely like this idea to be implemented.
