Idea Summary
The Pivot option in Interactive Grid only has column totals but no row totals (last column) or grand total (last row last column).

Use Case
Historically, such reports were called cross tabulation or crosstab reports with dynamic number of columns and column/row/grand totals. Without the row totals and grand totals, the Pivot feature is barely useful.
