Idea Summary
Only execute an Interactive Report/Interactive Grid's query after the user has created a filter from the Action menu.

Use Case
To avoid loading big data sets/complex queries on page load. Avoiding situations where the page takes a while to load, for the user to immediately create a filter when the page is ready and having to wait again.

Preferred Solution

A toggle to switch on and off this behaviour. Additionally, the option to create predefined filters when this behaviour is enabled, can help the user understand what data to expect before any data is visible.

This request is likely a duplicate of FR-2447.

    Whether to load on opening or not can/should be a setting.
    (When loading on opening) Opening with a default filter is a good idea.
