Change the Select List type search when looking for LOVs in the APEX Buider to a Popup Lov type search.

Idea Summary
We develop huge ERPs Systems in Oralcle APEX (Apps with 800+ Pages, ~500 List of Values). And when searching for a List of Values, it becomes a tedious taks, since we have to look for them by name, and they all have the LV_* prefix. So, when searching for LV_ARTICULOS, we have to type really fast “L + V + Shift + ‘-’  + A… ” and hope to get close enough to just search it with the down key.

Use Case
When searching for Shared Components defined items. Especially List of Values.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Change it from a Select List (currently) to a Popup Lov, or a Select One. 
Or maybe make it configurable (have the option to choose). 

Is really a just little detail, but, it would make a huge an important for us.

    Why? Where and how is that in any way beneficial?

    Change it from a Select List (currently) to a Popup Lov, or a Select One.

    It just a naming convention that we have, brought from Forms 6i times.

    And I agree, is not beneficial. 

    Didn't know it was a duplicate, the FR-1729 idea seems really interesting! I hope it comes out soon.
