Provide a native, declarative warnings similar to how validations work.

Use Case
It would be nice if we could have a specific section dedicated to warnings or a new validation type that does not prevent the page from being submitted but instead prompts the user with a message that they can choose to ignore and continue or cancel the page submission.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Have all the same capabilities of the validations but rather than an error message, it is a warning message that is presented to the user with the ability to ignore. Perhaps all warnings could be presented together in a modal dialogue and the user pages through them, rejecting or accepting them.
