Idea Summary
Is it possible to release private reports for a user group, or rule

Use Case
On systems where I need to create a private report but have the need to share with more users, ie that they cannot be public.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
As well as for public reports to have option to assign an authorization for the resource.
in the dialog Save report have the option to associate the report to a rule or group.
