Idea Summary
Currently maps require access to maps.oracle.com.  For hardened systems/government systems do not allow access externally.  Nice to have the ability to download map files to ORDS server or separate location for reference.

Use Case
As an administrator, have the ability to store all map files in a location within internal network for use in APEX pages.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Administration page to configure location of MAP chart files.
