Better column width treatement for columns and action-columns on Classic Reports and Interactive Reports

Use Case
Nowadays we must to mesh the code with some CSS to set the width of a column. This solution is so far from a point and click aproach, and, also, from a solution homogeneous alongside the entire app. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add a width for column-display and for form-display of each field of a table and for some special components like de action-column.
