Idea Summary
Ability for Oracle Apex Application to Work Offline and when internet connection restored to sync the data with the DB, in addition to that to allow the user to sync certain data from DB to the application to be used when using the application in offline mode

    Very difficult to achieve as APEX requires a database connection to render the application UI as well as for data storage.
