For Map Regions, please add a Vector Tile versions of the Oracle World and Oracle BI World tile layers
The Oracle World and Oracle BI World tile layers look much better than the OpenStreetMap layers for marine-related maps.  But there is no Vector Tile versions of these.  So we cannot reap the performance benefit of vector tiles.

Use Case
Any map that uses the Oracle World or Oracle BI World map backgrounds/standards/tile layers.

We would love the performance boost, too!

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Talking with Hans Viehman, Oracle Spatial & Graph, this may be because those map layers/backgrounds are used for other purposes that cannot be/accept vector tiles.   Hans thought it was likely possible to create a new vector-tile version of these map lyers/backgrounds/standards that could be used in APEX Map Regions.

This involves working with the Spatial team .. but it would really help maps I create for national fisheries agencies - the OpenStreetMap options just do not have the same look on coastal regions.
