Idea Summary
It can be very useful to add the capability to declare the zoom option on a page. 

Use Case
Sometimes, for limitations of the end users screen resolution, a crowded form need to be split in many tabs because the content do not fit on a single screen. I think that it can be nice to set at the page level a zoom parameter that allow to increase or decrease the general size of the Universal theme

Preferred Solution (Optional)
I suggest to add a field on the Page > Appearance or as an option on the Template options form. That field could be set with predefined options (50%, 80%, 100% (Default), 125%, 150%)
