Idea Summary
When we create an item type as select list and then try to select LOV then there is no search option.

Use Case
It is easy to select if there are few LOV defined from the list but if there are many then it is very difficult. Like in ERP there can be many LOV's. User should be able to type to search.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Just you need to provide search option in the exisiting LOV selection. Latest image of 26.1.1 is attached having same challenge.
