Make "Download" dialog for IG and IR consistent

Idea Summary
Make "Download" dialog for Interactive Grid and Interactive Report consistent. For example:

- Labels are not the same (Choose format/Choose report format)

- Icon positions are not the same (Excel is option 3 for IR, option 4 for IG)

- IR have switch, IG have checkbox controls

Use Case
Uniform look and feel of this killer feature (there are not many frameworks that are giving such powerful feature out-of-the-box) will provide more professional application look and help avoid unnecessary questions from the field (partners, customers). 

Remark

Idea was previously reported in Einstein, and bug has been created based on it. However, bug has been rejected with suggestion of creating new feature request instead, and as recommended in Einstein post, this idea has been created.

This request is likely a duplicate of FR-1726.

    In addition to the above, it should be mentioned that the user experience is not ideal for Send as Email from an IG. The user cannot see (without scrolling) the email address field. After filling that the user will receive another error message, since the mandatory, but not visible (without scrolling) email subject field is not filled. Scrolling again, filling it and then only it can be sent.
