Ability to change default template options in Universal Theme without unsubscribing UT from the Theme Repository.

Use Case
If you want, for instance, Slim Padding for your regions, you have to set that option for every single page and region.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
In the UT itself you can set Component/Region/Dialog Defaults. The templates should have that same functionality for default template options.

Preferrably also: when you change the default options in an existing application, a choice to update all pages accordingly or not.
